Fed Up/Lost in the System


For 6 months, I have been trying to get credit for mailing in my old phone when I switched from AT& T to Verizon. I have been into my local store 10 times, spent 10 hours working to resolve my issue, worked with 5 different company reps in the store, spoken with company headquarters 5 times and been promised repeatedly my issue would get fixed.
I am fed up! No resolution. The company HAS verified they received my phone in the box with form sent to me.
I have never encountered a more rigid company “ system” that cannot correct errors. It is ridiculous!
I am trying to lower my monthly bill to what was promised to me when I made the switch and get credit for my old phone Verizon has received. I cannot get it done.
