Level 2: Escalate to Appellate Authority

If the resolution provided by VI Care does not meet your expectations, or the complaint is not resolved, escalate the matter to VI’s Nodal Authority. You can lodge the grievance to the Appellate Authority via the helpline number, email, or by submitting an escalation form online.

You have to file your complaint within 30 days from the final response of VI Customer Care with the ticket/reference ID of the previous complaint.
