Despite its vast array of services, customer have to face many problems, primarily related to:

According to the customer service policy of Airtel, the resolution mechanism is divided into 3 levels.

Level 1: File a Complaint to Airtel Customer Care

If you have problems with Airtel services and want to lodge a complaint, start by contacting customer support through Airtel’s helpline or toll-free customer service number.

Once you are connected with a customer care representative, be prepared to provide the following details:

File a Complaint Online

To resolve an issue with Airtel, use the online Airtel support options such as email, live chat through Airtel Thanks App, or the online complaint form.

When submitting your concern, include the following details:

  • Your name or Airtel customer ID
