We have repeatedly called for service, we been called once after work on tickets. Each time they check line they say they fixed it, we let them know they didn’t then it takes another week to repeat the cycle which has been repeated 6 times. So we have NOT had service since January 8 2024, I’m a disabled veteran who has missed who knows how many medical calls.
