Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Ltd. (MVVNL) is a public utility company that distributes electricity in 19 districts of Uttar Pradesh. It was established in July 2003 as a subsidiary of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd. (UPPCL). However, sometimes customers face problems with the power distribution services of MVVNL, such as bill payment, new connection, transformer failure, unresolved higher billing amount, no electricity supply, disrupted service line, etc.

If your lodged complaints remain unresolved within the specified timeframe at the initial level sub-station or the sub-divisional office of MVVNL, please escalate the matter to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of MVVNL. Additionally, you can file a complaint with the Electricity Ombudsman of Uttar Pradesh.
Before this, you should escalate the complaint to the Internal Grievance Redressal Cell through “Jansuwai UP (Samadhan)” to the Executive Engineers of the Divisional Offices of Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited.
