Incident at Auto Service Department 13420 W Coal Mine Ave, Littleton, CO 80127 As of Today 09-06-2024 Still NO Refund order# 2000120-12309928 Placed an order and had completed order for total of $538.80 (4tires at $485.20 & installation at $83.60) on Sunday 07-28-2024 for 4 new (Travelstar tires) at Walmart online which were the same size as the current upgraded set installed by (Big-O Brand Upgraded Set – Chevy Pickup) previously done by Big-O tires and were to be installed on a set appointment at the time of the online purchase 1-2pm at a Walmart Auto Service Center that day on Monday Aug. 5, 2024. On Time-Arrived !5 minutes early for that appointment. The service department made an issue about tire size and (Refused) to do this (Pre-Paid for installment) demanding they were the wrong tire size, even though I could go back to Big-O, or even to Les Schwab Tires and achieve this at these Professional Tire Stores to do the upgraded tire size installation. Due this Refusal I had to make the decision to ask for a return which they did for the tires only and I was told I had to call Walmart.com @(1-800-925-6278) to get my refund payment of funds for installation at $83.60 (pre-paid for on 07-28-2024) upfront for the 4tire installations. Which I did on that same day on Monday Aug. 5, 2024 and I'm still waiting for the funds I paid for those 4tires to be installed. The Walmart customer service on Monday Aug. 5, 2024 said I would get that refunded in 10 days. (work days) Not received as promised by or on Friday Aug. 15, 2024, so I AGAIN placed a call to Walmart.com. I was then told I would receive that $83.60 Refund and it would be on Monday Aug. 19, 2024. Monday Aug. 19, 2024 (Came and WENT). STILL WAITING FOR REFUND FOR THE TIRE INSTALLATIONS Labor. IF THAT EVER HAPPENS. As of today Tuesday Aug. 29, 2024. Still NOT RECEIVED. Opinion: NOW, Feeling. So does it look like I should feel I'm being mislead and/or lied to.? There's Only one answer..! Positively YES..!
