Worst Customer Support experience I have had with any type of service throughout my lifetime. An absolute ripoff. You will end up calling many times and spending many hours each time with the promise that they resolved your issue but they never do fix it and if you keep tracking it down they will eventually give you a big “Sorry we can’t fix your problem”. I feel stuck with the contract but once I get the right opportunity, I switch my service in a heart beat!
