Worst Cell phone service ever

I have only been with Verizon for over a year and I’ve had to replace my phone three times which they keep charging me and it’s a device issue. I keep trying to get assistance it never works I’ve called the executives they get back to you but don’t resolve anything I’m looking to switch as soon as I can.
