I have been a customer with T-Mobile/Sprint for many years. I visited your facility in South Charleston, WV. Monday of this week. The representative was very cocky and somewhat rude. I have been in sales for 38 years. And he tells me that we have to have that hard conversation, regarding me getting better pricing, since my plan was going up due to as many lines that I have. Each line was getting a $5 bump a month. I have several lines, and because of his arrogance, I will, more than likely leave T-Mobile. No skin off the back of T-Mobile, but I will not deal with this person ever again. It gets my point across and works Me and my family. It makes me feel better; I DON’T DEAL WITH PRICKS.
