Extremely POOR Service and NO CARE

I registered and paid full advance as demanded by Jio for a new Jio Fiber connection on 8th March 2025. I was told installation will be done within 3-4 days. Till date now nearly 2 weeks there is no sign of installation, Repeated phone calls to the local representative are unanswered. Complaint lodged with Jio Support team after much struggle to find the correct IDs. Response from Jio Care team has no relation to reality. First I was informed installation will be done on March 16th Sunday. No person came. Then I was informed “installation is on hold” as “extra wiring” is required. Without site visit how can “extra wiring” be assessed? Till date repeated calls to all Jio numbers are unanswered. This is EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE from such a reputed brand.
