Urgent Complaint – No Resolution for Frequent Disconnection

My internet has been unstable for the past 1 month, and Jio has failed to fix it despite multiple complaints. Their technician says it will be resolved after Holi – seriously? Should customers suffer due to Jio’s inefficiency? I am losing time & business because of this negligence. Fix this NOW, or I escalate to TRAI & consumer forums!
