Request for refund of payment

I raised a relocation request and paid INR 1000 however when the engineer visited on the location he mentioned that they do not have jio air fiber availability in the area (Dynamic Grandeur,E wing,Wadachiwadi road,Undri). I want my amount to be refunded in lieu of non availability of the jio services at the earliest. I am unable to connect customer service hence reaching out for resolution.Below is the transaction details that I received via msg
