Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inquire about the possibility of obtaining fiber internet service at my residence. My husband has been a facility technician for AT&T for 24 years and is currently working on splicing fiber in the box that feeds our street, 2002 Rosedale Street, Muscle Shoals, AL 35661.
Since our street is being bypassed for fiber, I am wondering why we cannot have access to this service. We currently have U-verse 50 Mbps, but we would like to upgrade to fiber if possible.
I understand that my husband’s work ID is KF5677, and I would be grateful if you could look into this matter and let me know if there is any way we can obtain fiber internet service.
