I was trying to recharge my mobile number, under the customer name LOHITASYUDU GORLI.
On 15/08/2024, I used the ICICI phone banking application to recharge the phone number with a one-year plan of 3599/-. When I recharged my phone number, I made a mistake. I recharged to the wrong number.
I immediately called JIO customer care service and provided all the information. The reference number MR0001GLD127 from the JIO team is here.
When I contacted customer care, I received the following message from them:

I certainly understand your request regarding the recharge; we know the value of your hard-earned money.
Please be informed that I understand your concern. However, once a recharge is successful, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another account.
Please visit the MyJio application or www.jio.com and recharge the correct Jio number again with a plan of your choice.
We appreciate your understanding and patience and look forward to your continued support.
