Respected Delivery Office Admin Sir,
I would like to draw your attention regarding delivery service. Actually, my delivery ID =AWB#1504855115276 was supposed to be delivered on 7th of September, but till date, 12th September, I am still awaiting it.
Today, when I telephoned one of your delivery executives, Mr. Dipesh or Dipen Chettri, he clearly told me that my area is out of their delivery limit (jurisdiction) area. However, if this is true, then how have they continuously delivered to me for the last one year, and last delivery was on 5th of September 2024.
It is very disappointing and disheartening to me as a loyal customer. I do not know how to react or what to say, but I hope you will resolve this genuine problem.
