If your complaints are not resolved by the MPEZ Electricity Board, escalate the grievance by submitting a grievance letter to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of MPPoKVVC. The CGRF is established under the MPERC (Establishment of Forum and Electricity Ombudsman for redressal of grievances of the consumers) Regulations, 2021, at the Zonal Offices.
