Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JDVVNL) is owned by the state government of Rajasthan. JDVVNL serves in the western and northern districts of Rajasthan as an electricity distribution company in the public sector.

JDVVNL provides electricity services in these circles namely, Barmer, Bikaner District Circle, Churu, Hanumangarh, Jaisalmer, Jalore, Jodhpur City Circle, Jodhpur District Circle, Pali, Sirohi, and Sri Ganganagar.

Level 1: File a Complaint to Customer Care, JDVVNL Electricity Board

Any customer can call on the toll-free customer care helpline numbers of JDVVNL Electricity Board or submit an online form to register complaints about the disruption of electricity supply or any other issues related to electricity services. To pay your bills online or access online electricity services, visit the JDVVNL consumer portal (WSS).

If your lodged complaints are not resolved by customer care or regional officials of JDVVNL then escalate your complaint to the IGR (Internal Grievance Redressal) Cell of the Jodhpur Electricity Board.

Don’t forget to note down the complaint reference number to track the complaint status. It can also be used to lodge grievances in the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of JDVVNL under the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission.

Level 2: Lodge a Grievance to Consumer Forum (CGRF) of JDVVNL

Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited has established a Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) as outlined in the RERC Regulations, 2008. If your complaint remains unresolved for over 30 days by the IGR Cell, or you are dissatisfied with their final decision, you can escalate your complaint to the Electricity CGRF, JDVVNL.

Required Information:

  • Complainant’s Name, contact number, and address
  • JDVVNL Connection details: K.NO. or Consumer Id
  • Specific subdivision, division, or circle
  • Acknowledgement of previous complaint to IGR Cell (include receipt and date)
  • Any prior orders or responses from the IGR Cell
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Desired resolution from the Forum
  • All relevant supporting documents and proofs, such as bill copies for billing disputes

Fill out the provided grievance form or write a grievance letter with the required information. Then, send your grievance letter to the zonal CGRF Forum or visit in person to submit the letter.

Level 3: Appeal to Electricity Ombudsman, Rajasthan

As per the RERC (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Electricity Ombudsman and Consumer Advocacy) Regulations, 2021 issued by the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission, if your grievance with JDVVNL’s CGRF is:

  • Unresolved within 30 days
  • Partially resolved, or
  • If you are dissatisfied with the final decision,

You have the right to escalate your complaint to the Electricity Ombudsman of Rajasthan.

Regarding Redbus and Primo bus service

Sir Rddbus shared bus no. NL07B0977 U21and 22 Time 11:25pm And I am there at 11pm at Cng pump, sarai kale khan Delhi.. At 11:35pm that same number bus arrived and i seated at my seat but bus Conductor is so rude said this bus not having your seat and behave so rudely....and said to leave bus immediately..but driver is good, he shared number to help and told your bus has been changed and it will come after 35-45 minutes later..we waited for 1 more hour at lonely place it's pathetic.... primo bus and even Redbus, not supported at odd time...

Told if I got too hot or had trouble breathing tocall911or go to the hospital after turning off power and I had paid my bill in full and asked how long it would take to turn power back on. TOLD her I was82 and had heart trouble

Quality of service was like she was bored and figured ai was old and didn't pay my bills
