If your complaints are still not resolved by the appointed Executive Engineers at CFCs then you can escalate the complaint to Divisional Offices.
Further, you can lodge a grievance to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd.
Finally, you can appeal to the Electricity Ombudsman of Maharashtra by filing a representation against the final decision of the CGRF.
