Uttar Gujarat VIJ Company Ltd. (UGVCL) is a public-sector electricity distribution company (Discom), owned by the Government of Gujarat, serving the Northern Gujarat region. If you have complaints regarding power cuts, billing, power outages, faults, transformers, or service lines, you can register them with UGVCL through the helpline number or online complaint form. Also, contact the Customer Care Center (CCC) or divisional officials of the internal grievance cell, if not resolved initially.

If your registered complaints are not resolved within a given resolution period at level 1 or the divisional office (Internal Grievance Redressal Cell), then escalate the complaint to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of UGVCL. Further, you may file a complaint to the Electricity Ombudsman, Gujarat.
