Wrong package drop offs

We receive packages from CHEWY at least twice a month. The delivery driver dropped our package at another house yesterday. The people kindly brought us our package. Today, the delivery driver dropped off a package belonging to another house, we made sure to take them their package. Our address numbers are clearly on our front door. So why did we not get our package and why did we receive someone else’s package? This is ridiculous!
