very very worst service TATA NEU APP


Dear All I personal request to don’t buy any product through TATA NEU APP online Service I purchase AC on 11/Mar 24, Voltas AC 1.5 Ton. It was delivery by 12/Mar 24 But till today After 4 Days we made many complaints reg this issue to TATA customer care but no one has taken proper action for delivery and update of the booked product this kind
of worst systems TATA having dont book the products no one has responded from TATA. Its very very worst system and customer service. If you are not capable of handling online orders withdraw your service from online Trade. Dont punish the customer for your failure service.
