Verry poor service

On February 11th, 2025, you disconnected the electrical supply subject to account number 0707217610 without prior notice. It was extremely difficult to reach your hotline, and after three hours of trying, I was finally able to contact your team. I was informed that the disconnection was due to an outstanding payment. As I have a solar panel system, you are supposed to pay me for the remaining units. However, you informed me that I needed to pay Rs. 64,000 to reactivate the supply, a charge I was never previously notified about. Although I have already made the payment to restore the supply, I am still unclear as to why I was charged this amount and why I was not informed earlier about any outstanding balance.
