I sent a check from Las Vegas going to Scottsdale Arizona, approximately 200 miles away via next day and the next day I was informed that the check was sitting in Memphis Tennessee and is still sitting in Memphis 12 hours later. Was told after an hour on the phone that it is normal to send an envelope on a plane from Vegas to Memphis and back to Arizona taking a day or two longer than I paid for. After explaining the situation over and over again I was told that they would expedite and still get it there today the 19th. Shortly after hanging up the phone I received a message stating that the delivery was cancelled and was being sent back to me???? Yes as crazy as it sounds that is the truth and as of now it is still sitting in Memphis not getting any closer to Scottsdale Arizona.
