I ordered computer from hp. Prior to shipment I requested address change. There must be some communication issues with HP and fedex. FedEx was sent the incorrect shipment address. I’ve called fedex customer service several times to correct the issue and they never assisted me. Twice they told me someone from their shipment center in Phx would call me to address the issue, they never did. FedEx keeps trying to deliver the package to wrong address, even when HP has sent them address change request. Clearly the people
At hp and fedex are either incompetent or don’t care of providing good customer service. I will avoid doing business with these companies in the future.
