Rs. 3599/- paid on 23-12-2024, through Phonepay by my phone for recharge to my daughter’s phone was neither recharged nor returned to me. I have complained and being waited more than 40 days. Your Customer care people were unable to solve my problem and continuously asking me to wait for 10 days. So, please take an early action to refund my amount without further delay . Thanks. V.
