Lowes made a mistake of shipping my ac to WA state instead of MY Arizona address. But fedex supposedly picked it up and gave it a new delivery label. But fedex employee did not give me a tracking number. Just stated it will get there, when it gets there. Fedex customer service is a joke. Can not tell me anything without a tracking number. So stupid. Look up by address would be nice
