All to start this mail, This is worst ever service which I am currently facing.
Have taken Jio Fibre Connection on 20th September 2024 and since then there are multiple times the same has been disconnected due to many reasons.
On 23rd November 2024, when i started Your preferred Jio Fibre same was not getting connected neither Wifi also, Immediately I raised a call and as per your Valuable Service Engineer attended. He Investigate multiple scenario at after one Hour engineer told there is no technical fault, there is issue at back end.
On same day at 5:18 PM, I called your prefeered call centre Nd after talking for 15 Minutes he told there is Billing issue and he raised the call which give expected resolution after 24 Hrs.
Again I call at 7:00 PM at your call centre, and again I explained the whole issue but there was no positive response..I asked to transfer the call to your Seniors which they didn’t picked up as usual.
On 24th , a new engineer visited and checked and again confirmed there is no technical issue.
The Call which was raised on 23 rd as billing issue, there is no resolution and call got closed.
On 25th again New Engineer was assigned and he attended, but still there is no result
Kindly share the escalation matrix.
I know there will no response on this mail, but I write this mail to you all.
