Dear Team,
I am writing this mail after fed up with service.
I applied the new Jio Air fiber connection, and assigned one Executive for installation.
1. Mr. Yashwant, I called him he picked the phone one time then after that no response.
2. Again assigned another Executive his name is Vinay and his no. he also did the same thing.
Very poor service and support team, if this is happening before the connection then I am worried about after the activation. Even I escalate to Grievance team but solution.
Currently I am using Airtel fiber wifi connection with Very Good support (CC team and field Executive) resently I shifted new location and very next day they tranfer and install my connection without any charge, problem, its realy hussle free service.
My registered number for Jio Air Fiber.
