Lack of Security (Report Online Security Issue Tab) doesn’t work

My Xfinity account has a low level of security. Someone has gained access to my account. When I click on the report an online issue tab, I receive:

Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
