Hi Team hope doing good, but from my end facing a very worst service experience from company like JIO brand. its more than 72 hrs now JIO have taken advance payment for installation of Jio fiber at my location, never expected this from jio that it takes 72 hrs for a company to install a device t someone location that also in center heart of city not in any rural area. its almost 72 hrs + now i have made payment to JIO executive for KYC but not a single tech team visited or called. good thing to hear that airtel team is ready for installation within 4 hrs. same location. so please either give me correct reason for non installation of my line or please do not use people funds this way. multiple reminders and calls to the helplines but no justified answer. waiting for next 2 hrs with resolution from team. or social escalation and TRI is my next step its not a matter of amount now its matter of customer rights and commitments from brand like JIO.
