Hello, I’m trying to close my jioairfiber account 2167358661 since jan 23 2025 but jioairfiber team is not closing it. They disconnected the services on jan 29th but not sending the enginner team to collect the instruments Thrice I raised request to close the connection and pick the instruments but still no avail. .Also I got the bill for feb 2025 now. Getting frustrtated with the service.
