BAD SERVICE

This was the worst service from FedEx that I have ever experienced! They were late on my delivery, so all I wanted was the $5.55 returned to me that I had charged to me to have my pkg delivered on a different day. I talked to 6 different people, all who told me different things that I had to do, none which worked. The last person was completely rude and basically told me that I was lying about it. I have a ring camera and was home the whole day. The delivery was not made!! If it’s my choice I will NEVER use this company again!!! It was completely ridiculous what I had to go thru for$5
