horrible customer service

It is virtually impossible to reach a real person at PGE!
I have been paying you every month for over 65 years and have NEVER been late. Now you send me a late notice with penalties for two months on one of my accounts and you did NOT send me a bill for those two months on act number [protected]-13-1. I paid the entire inflated bill you sent me, immediately so my tenant does not lose service. I want you to determine what happened, send me paper bills every month and refund the $224.97 you charged me for your errors here.
