Note – If your electricity issues or complaints are not resolved within the given time by JKPDD or dissatisfied with the final response, you may file a complaint with the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of JKPDD from your nearest sub-station or electricity board of Jammu and Kashmir Power Development Department.
