Department of Power Nagaland (Electricity) is owned by the state government of Nagaland. It distributes and provides electric power supply lines in hilly terrain areas of the eastern Himalayan state of Nagaland, India. Many rural and urban areas of districts in Nagaland are connected with the services of the election department. It is the only electricity provider in the state.

Complaint Electricity Supply Power Failure: Report Now

To know new customer IDs, report streetlight outages, RAPDRP Scheme, apply for new electricity connection, online bill payments, or electricity consumption calculations, visit the consumer portal of the Department of Power of Nagaland.

Not resolved or dissatisfied? Escalate or lodge a grievance with the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), Department of Electricity Nagaland.

Further, you may file a petition with the Electricity Ombudsman, Nagaland with reason of dissatisfaction with the final order from the CGRF.
