Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) has various service stations (headed by the Assistant Engineer) in each sub-division. Further, sub-divisions (headed by the Assistant Executive Engineer) come under the Division Office. These divisions are headed by the Executive Engineers (EE).
Suppose any resident of Bangalore wants to get water services or has complaints regarding water supply in an emergency. In that case, they can contact these service stations and subdivisional offices to register a complaint.
In some cases, if the water complaints or queries are not resolved to your expectations, you may write to the Divisional EE or complain about the misbehaviour or harassment by the officials at the service station.
