Box clearly marked fragile, handle with care, was tossed underhand from my sidewalk, up and over my brick stairs, onto my brick porch to tumble and land near the front door. Driver threw hands up in the air as they walked back to Penske (FedEx?) truck. Driver also made another delivery (actually an item that was picked up Monday at my home was somehow delivered back to me Friday (yesterday) instead of sent to a return center!), which was a 77 pound giant box, all beat up, and left it on my sidewalk to be stolen instead of carrying up to my porch with a hand truck. Box was all beaten up. Careless behavior caught on surveillance. I have photos, as well.
