Terrible customer store support


Try to call a local corporate store and transferred from Ohio to Florida and California for a simple support question “replacing a screen saver,” I had to drive there to ask the question because I was told there corporate and don’t answer the phones customer service handle the calls. I’m sorry but that has got to be the lamest excuse as well they could not help me and if they could have answered the phone he could have shared that information. Needless to say a third party Verizon store was able to help me and leads me to believe corporate Verizon has lost touch with its customer base and leaves me to consider after many years a new provider with better service.
