RE: COMPLAIN OF MY PREPAID METER

GOOD DAY SIR, I HAVE PREVIOUSLY SEND MESSAGE THIS WEEK I HAVE BEEN HAVE PROBLEM THAT IS YET TO BE SOLVE FOR LONG, MY PREPAID METER IS NOT WORKING WELL FOR LONG AND THEY ASK ME TO CONTINUE MANAGING IT.

WHEN EVER I LOAD MY TOKEN NUMBER IS SHOWING CONNECT FAIL, AND IT WILL EVENTUALLY LOAD SINCE THEN, AND IN THE SMALL BOX IS ALWAYS SHOWING 0:00KM.

SINCE LAST WEEK AM LOADING AND IS TO LOAD TO THE PREPAID, I EVEN USE KCT NO GIVEN TO ME ONLINE YET NOT LOAD AND HAVE LOADED 3 TOKEN NUMBER NOW YET NOT WORKING, PLEASE KINDLY TO YOUR ENGINEER TO COME TO MY RESCUE BEFORE WE ENTER THE HOT WEATHER MONTH PLEASE.
