There was electric failure on 19.05.2024 at about 13hrs (1pm) in sector 23 Pratap Nagar Jaipur. I call to Electric Call Centre Jaipur at 1.57 pm to lodge a complaint. After 4/5 minutes a lady had pick phone. She asked me to call 10 minutes later. After 20 minutes, again call at 3.17 pm to lodge complaint. Lady asked K number which were note down by her and she got customer/my name.
She asked my address, location, land mark, power house, it’s location and ask to check whether problem with whole colony or only my house and where is fault. I told her, all these are not known to me. She told me unless I give all details complain would not be registered. I told her that only K number is required to register complain for rectification. She refuse to register complain and disconnected call. I repeatedly tried at 2. 56, 2.57 pm. 2.59 and 3pm 3.01 pm but she did not attend call. At 3.04 pm after 3 minutes ringing she attend call but disconnected in 6 second without giving compliment number. Again tried at 4.35 & 4.36pm. Finally at 4.42 after 6 minutes ring she pick up call and asked details and misbehaving for 6.52 minute and refused to give complaint number and disconnected phone.
However, issue was raised to AEN at 2.37 pm and he give WhatsApp number. Complain lodge. At 4.35pm messages to AEN. Finally issue was resolve at higher level intervention and electricity was attended at 5.25 pm.
On rectification AEN asked confirmation about rectification.
It request to take against degalter lady harassing customers and had not registered electricity complaint despite repeated requests and attempts.
There is no scope to enclose documents. I will provide Call and other proof details.
A early action is solicited and intimation may be provided on action taken.
