Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I had changed my airtel mobile no 9958002118 from postpaid to prepaid on 2 Jan 2025 in afternoon around 1:30 pm. This mobile no is with my 82 year old father. The airtel executive told us to recharge the no after 4 hours. In evening my father recharged the no with yearly plan of Rs.1999/-. Since he was doing it for the first time he recharged wrong mobile no i.e. 9958002110 instead of 8 he typed 0 as the last digit. He immediately called me and spoke about it. I called the airtel customer care. The executive told me he checked it and said my money was safe and I will get it back maximum by 13 Jan. I again called on 15 Jan I was again told to wait for 72 hours. I called again in some days as I had to leave Mumbai for a workshop. I was told the matter will be resolved by the time I returned. By Jan end when I returned I lost my uncle. I was not in a position to call. But till date the issue is still lingering on. I and my old father is being harassed. What sort of service is this? I just need to know whether airtel will refund my money or not?
I am attaching the receipt of paytm with which Rs.1999/- was paid.
