Mad customer regarding FPL

I noticed that my electricity bill came very high for the last few months. When FPL regarding that. They toll since 2018 they put in a program that I did not know the name of it without my authorization. Now they to put me out of that program I have to pay $ more than $500.00. To put me back in my regular plan. I am with fpl for more than 40years,I am a retired person and i always pay on time. I am asking what to this company.
