I have applied for jio airfiber connection by paying an advance amount of ₹1000 through their web on 13/11/24. Till now they have not installed in the connection. Neither they are refunding my money back. On giving online complaints the give readymade reply without knowing the actual situation. Complaint to higher authority (appellate)also has the same readymade replies. On refering to grievance cell there is no response. Totally most worst grievance redressal system I have come accross.
