Everlasting , Unceasing and Unresolved Service Outage – deplorable service

Persistent Service Negligence: Your inability to maintain even basic service levels is appalling. For two months, there has been no resolution for my broadband issues. Lame excuses of “unplanned outages ” were given and broadband services were not available for 5 days.
False Commitments and Blatant Lies: Your representatives are not just liars; they are proficient in the art of deceit. Their aim is just waste the time of the person calling and not provide any resolution.
Escalation Point Fiasco: I’ve marked countless escalation points and raised on social media Yet, not a single one has yielded a response, let alone a resolution. It’s clear that your escalation process is just for show and a sham.
Zero Resolution: Despite numerous complaints, you’ve provided zero resolution. It seems you specialize in excuses rather than solutions, leaving customers stranded with subpar services and empty promises.
Casual Attitude Towards Customers: Your nonchalant attitude towards customer grievances is staggering. It’s as if you revel in disappointing and frustrating paying customers, treating us like inconveniences rather than the lifeblood of your business.
I have lost complete faith and have decided to close the broadband connection, and it is in process. Overall, your company’s ineptitude is staggering. It’s a miracle you manage to stay in business, given your abysmal track record.

I have been demanding immediate action to rectify these issues, but to no avail. Same lies every other day and no one has actually helped. I want to highlight a few escalation managers i.e. Mr Lalit, Mr. Hemant , Mr, Nakul and Ms. lillian, i went to them for help and received only hollow responses and no resolution. Just Abhhorent and disgusting, apart from them, i have spoken to multiple customer care execs, i havent received resolution for a single one. They repeated parroted replies and nothing happens. Calls have dropped on me when i was begging for help.
