Promised delivery is a lie. Out for delivery is also a lie. Package was out for delivery yesterday wait 4 hours after business hours waiting for my package that stated out for delivery by 9.pm well that never happened. Called customer service and get lied to. Asked for supervisor and was denied and refused to transfer. Needless to say the employee wasn’t about to say anything bad about the company because they record all conversations so there is no way the employee will say anything bad towards the company and very well trained to avoid a direct answer. I will do my research to make sure FedEx will never get a delivery to me again ain’t worth it. And since you don’t have a 0 with the 5 stars so nothing makes 0. When lies are made the company looks weak. Worst company I have ever dealt with 💯
