Could not change Password to get Paramount+with Showtime, so I canceled it.

It kept telling me “Something went wrong. Please try again.” This after waiting over 20 minutes to get an AT&T rep spent quite a lot of time trying to help me get set up for Paramount+ with Showtime on my TV.
First I went through it on Chrome. Then the rep said to try on Google. It kept giving me the same message, “Something went wrong. Please try again.” Didn’t say what was wrong or how to change it. I followed all the rules, upper and lower case letters, numbers, special character that was acceptable. At this point, the rep said that she could transfer me to a digital expert. No after almost an hour, I was out of time. I wasn’t going to waste more time with such a poor service.
What a lousy way to treat a customer.
They lost a customer for this added programming. And it used up the time of the very helpful representative, named Queen. Thanks to her. NO thanks to AT&T’s customer service.
