Complaint against your jio field executive

I’m sorry to hear about the issues have been facing with my Jio Fiber connection. Unfortunately, i don’t have any response from your end and continuously calls and texts to your Field executive but they also did not respond and continue fake promises with us for visit our office and resolve this issue, but they ignore constantly… kindly look into the urgent matter otherwise kindly take my jio router and disconnect my fiber connection..
