Airtel broadband in capability / In efficiency

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the broadband service provided by Airtel in our apartment complex. Despite numerous complaints and follow-ups, the issues persist, affecting not only me but also many senior citizens who rely on a stable internet connection. (My ticket Number : request ID: 11000197211)

My specific issue has remained unresolved for the past 11 days. Despite the urgency, no effective attempts have been made by your team to address the problem. The technician finally visited our flat after a week of repeated requests, demonstrating a lack of urgency and customer priority.

As a result of this ongoing issue, my office work has come to a complete standstill. Additionally, my wife and son are unable to complete their dependent tasks, causing significant disruption to our daily lives.

Holding an annual subscription with Airtel has proven to be a regrettable decision. In desperation, I have resorted to seeking services from Jio and ACT, incurring additional costs due to the need for reliable internet access.

This experience has led me to caution others against committing to long-term plans with Airtel, given the poor customer service and lack of resolution to critical issues.

I urge you to take immediate action to resolve the broadband issues in our apartment complex. We deserve a reliable service, and it is imperative that Airtel addresses these concerns promptly.
