West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) is a public utility company, owned by the Government of West Bengal. Customers of the WBSEDCL electricity board can complain about issues related to power cuts, outages of electricity, high/wrong bills, or other electricity services such as transformer failure, new electricity connection (domestic, industrial, or commercial/business), service line discrepancies, etc.
