If your lodged complaints are still not resolved, escalate them to the Internal Grievance Redressal Cell (IGR) of your circle.
Level 2: Escalate to CGRF Forum, MPPKVVCL
If your complaints are still not resolved, you can escalate the matter by writing a grievance letter to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Form of MPPKVVCL constituted under MPERC (Establishment of Forum and Electricity Ombudsman for redressal of grievances of the consumers) Regulations, 2021 at the Zonal Offices.
To lodge a grievance with the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of MPPKVVCL, you will need to provide the following details and documents:
- Application: Write an application to the CGRF office with a connection number or fill out the grievance form.
- Download: Grievance Forum (Hindi)
- Documents: Attach copies of relevant documents such as previous complaint acknowledgements (if any), and correspondence with MPPKVVCL regarding the issue.

Level 3: Appeal to Electricity Ombudsman, Madhya Pradesh
Under the provisions of the MPERC (Establishment of Forum and Electricity Ombudsman for redressal of grievances of the consumers) Regulations as delineated in the regulations of 2021 by the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission concerning Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Electricity Ombudsman, and Consumer Advocacy:
- If your grievance is lodged with the CGRF, MPPKVVCL remain unaddressed within 60 days by the Zonal/Corporate CGRF,
- Or if you are dissatisfied with the final verdict issued,
- Or if the resolution provided is only partial,
In such scenarios, you have the right to file a petition against Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited with the Electricity Ombudsman of Madhya Pradesh.
